Clearly, one can easily observe that, we are still at the early stage when it comes to Digital Transformation in the country where enterprises are under great pressure to serve their increasingly demanding and digitally savvy customers. The country needs the required internal IT skills.
In Malaysia, enterprises are facing challenges in building
business cases and measuring return on investment (ROI). This clearly indicates
growth opportunities for service providers and vendors in creating awareness,
building use cases, and delivering value to these enterprises.
According to
IDC, 34% of the organizations in Malaysia are
currently undergoing Digital Transformation projects.
IDC expects organization's spending on Digital
Transformation solutions which encompass Cloud, Mobility, IoT, Big Data and
Analytics will grow by an average of 13% per year through 2020.
